Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy explains how extrravenue ("extrravenue", "we", "us") handles information collected through this website (the "Site"). It covers only this public marketing website, not the signage campaign delivery platforms or CMS tools used by venue partners, which are governed by their own separate agreements.

Information we collect

Contact & inquiry submissions. When you use any contact form or enquiry button on our Site, the information you provide (name, phone number, business type, etc.) is sent directly to our team inbox. We use this only to respond to your advertising or venue partnership enquiry.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC) to collect pseudonymous usage data — pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type, and an analytics cookie identifier. We use this only to understand which content is useful and improve the Site. We do not run remarketing, ad personalisation, or Google Ads integration. You can opt out at any time by clicking Cookie Settings in the footer (or via the banner on your first visit).

Consent preference. Your cookie choice (accepted or opted out) is stored in your browser's localStorage under ev-consent so we don't show the banner again. This stays only on your device; we do not receive or store it on our servers.

How we use the information

We do not sell personal data. We do not use this Site's data for behavioural advertising.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Site uses two categories of browser storage:

Sharing with third parties

We share information only with service providers needed to run the Site:

We do not transfer personal data to any other third parties from this Site.

Retention

Contact enquiries sent to us are retained in our mailbox for as long as needed to respond and follow up (typically up to 24 months), after which they are deleted unless an active commercial relationship is in place. Google Analytics data is retained for the period configured in our GA property (14 months by default).
