What the Site provides
The Site is an informational and marketing presence. It describes extrravenue's digital signage network, screen locations, pricing, and contact options. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer, quotation, or contract; engagements with extrravenue are formed only through signed agreements or written confirmations from authorised representatives.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of the Site without our written permission;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure;
- introduce malware, attempt to disrupt service availability, or otherwise interfere with normal operation;
- use any logos, trademarks, brand names, or visual assets shown on the Site for purposes other than discussing extrravenue or its services in good faith;

Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
